Every guide and planner sold through the Etsy shop is a digital download, delivered instantly after purchase. Because the file is available to you right away, all sales are final and refunds aren't offered simply for a change of mind.
When a refund makes sense
If a file is genuinely broken or won't open, you were accidentally charged twice for the same item, or something else on the technical side went wrong, reach out and it'll be made right, either a fixed file or a refund, whichever actually solves it.
Etsy's own protections
Every purchase is also covered by Etsy's own purchase protection, which you can read about directly on Etsy if a situation doesn't get resolved here.
